Prices: Prices are listed on the pricing page. Pro Monthly: $2.99 / month + tax. Pro Lifetime: $59.99 lifetime + tax.
Additional fees: Internet access charges, data charges, and other fees are the user's responsibility. Prices and taxes may differ by region and currency.
Payment method: Payments are processed through Stripe using supported payment methods such as credit cards. Google sign-in is required in the app to purchase.
Payment timing: Monthly plans are charged at signup and then monthly. Lifetime plans are charged at purchase. The 7-day free trial is not automatically charged; users are charged only when they upgrade to Pro from inside the app.
Delivery: Pro features become available in the app after payment is completed and the purchase status is reflected.
System requirements: macOS 15.2 or later. Apple Silicon Mac recommended.
Cancellation, returns, and refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are generally not provided after purchase. We will handle cases individually where required by law or where duplicate charges or payment errors are confirmed. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription terms: Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation can be completed from the MacSide AI app menu in the macOS menu bar.
Defects: If a serious defect is confirmed, we will provide an update or handle the issue individually.
